The week in review

We're another week closer to the due date of our baby. Things are going just fine, and we're starting to get things moving. This week we got the closet in our room ripped out and we have a little under 2 months to get it done. I really like remodeling rooms etc and this will be good experience if I decide to flip houses in the future. I also decided that I am going to add a Business Administration minor to my college degrees because it will help out tremendously ifI decide to run a business once I'm older. All in all everything is good and working from home while I'm in school couldn't be much better.

A bad sports weekend

This weekend was absolutely terrible for the sporting teams I like. The Pirates were swept by the Padres following a five game win streak. The Penguins lost a preseason game on Friday to the Capitals. Penn State got crushed by Ohio State on Saturday, and to top it all off, the Steelers lost to the Bengals. But hey, life moves on and there's always next game and next season.

www.blogsvertise.com

I recently found this site on a forum I visit quite a bit and I think it's a great opportunity. It's called Blogsvertise and basically they will pay you to post for them. For me this is great because I could always use some extra money but it also get's the word out fast on new products and servises. From time to time you might see a post that doesn't necessarily fit in with my daily experiences as a young dad, but essentially it does. Making money and supporting a family is now part of my life and this is one thing that helps me do that. If anyone wants to know more about this opportunity check out www.blogsvertise.com or email me.

Working

Well I've made some decisions as far as work I will be doing until next summer. I have put several business ideas on hold until the summer when I will have more free time. In the mean time, however, I have decided to focus on freelance writing and being a search engine guide on www.chacha.com. I am also planning for future business ventures.

If anyone is interested in working for ChaCha, the pay is $5-10 an hour and is perfect for those looking to make money while in college. If you are interested in working for this company, please email me.

I'm an uncle!!!

Well as of Sunday morning I am now an uncle. Anna Brook was born a little before 7 a.m. on Sunday and weighed 6 pounds 2 ounces and was 18 inches long. Everybody is doing fine but now I can't wait to see her for the first time over Thanksgiving break.

My Introduction

Before I can tell everyone how each day of my adventure plays out, it's important for everyone to know just who I am. I am a freshman in college and I am planning on becoming a Physician Assistant. In order to support my self through college and support my new family, I am freelance writing and running an online business, Baby Boutique. My first child is due on November 22, 2006 and we couldn't be happier. Even though I am only 18 years old I am very happy with my position in life. I have a living family and girlfriend and things couldn't be better.

Know that you understand a little about me it's time to tell you what this blog is about. This blog will be about my life from my work, to my school, to my down time, and last but not least my family which is set to grow in just over two months.

I thank each and every one of you who have come here to read my posts.
